Kamau Brathwaite
Kamau Brathwaite has been an artful poet of barbados.He has composed many poems,some can be considered as expatriotic poems.
Brathwaite studied in Cambridge University.He won the international Griffith prize in 2006 for literature.
Brathwaite is considered as one of th best post colonial writers.He always talkes about the national conflicts of carribian islands,as well as colonization and the aftereffects of the colonization.

Kamau Brathwaite is a special among the carribian literates because he has introduced a new poetic style. He ignored the english poetic techniques such as iambig pentametre and rhyming styles.he bulit up his own style of poems which had been so much popular among the post colonial poems.
